Weddings are events which are very personal and special for everyone. While some people love tradition, and go for more traditional locations, others prefer to add a more personalized touch to their event. Here are some unusual wedding venues to host your event:
London Eye:
For people who dare to stand out, locations like the London Eye have become more popular. What better way to exchange vows than being suspended in midair in a ball overlooking all of London!
Great Wall of China:
People with a love of all things architecture, have booked the wonders of the world, including the Great Wall of China to host their wedding at. Now this is an interesting wedding venue that can also be seen from the moon!
Mount Everest:
Yes a couple have actually exchanged wows, on top of Mount Everest! Well, you don’t necessarily have to pick Everest if you desire to wed on top of the world; any other smaller mountain in your area will suffice.
The North Pole:
This interesting wedding venue is truly sub zero. No doubt it requires rigorous training and determination to reach the pole, but after all, that’s what marriage is about isn’t it?
Volcano wedding venues:
If you are bursting to get married near a fiery hot volcano, Hawaii could be for you. It boasts some of the world’s most beautiful active volcanoes. You can actually book their volcano park to host your event in, just keep your dresses fire proof!
Space weddings:
OK this one hasn’t really been done yet, but it is in the process! A couple actually met in cyber space, and are planning to get married in outer space in 2012.
Zero gravity wedding:
At this interesting wedding venue the bride and groom will feel like they are walking on air!
Underground cave weddings:
If you would love to re live the Stone Age or even if dark underground caves attract you, you might consider getting married in one of the abundant natural cave systems that the world has to offer.
