Hiding your Acne Scars
Acne is painful, embarrassing and it makes you just want to hide in your room until they all go away. Sadly, the world does not work that way. Acne does not go away when you wish it; you need to take action and not just read about how remove acne and how to get rid of acne scars.
You need to start by going to the dermatologist and have him or her to check your skin and recommend the best treatment for you. If you do not have the money for commercial products, there are many home remedies for pimples you can try.
There are times when acne does not go away as soon as you want it to. When you have an important appointment to go to, like, let us say a job interview and you have a big pimple on your forehead, the best thing you can do is to cover it up.
Only use oil free products to control your acne. There are several products available that will help you cover up your pimples and acne scars. Again, use oil free products only. Products with oil can irritate your skin further and cause more acne to pop up on your face.
You have to make sure that your skin is clean before applying any products on it. Wash with a cleanser and tone your skin first. You also need to apply moisturizer so that your akin does not get too dry.
A concealer can help cover up blemishes on the skin. You need to choose a concealer which is a shade lighter than your skin tone. You do want to end up like you have light spots on your face. You always do not want to end up with dark marks on your face.
Do not worry if the concealer does not cover up everything perfectly, you can still use the foundation. The foundation will give you a more even skin tone. Do not forget to apply loose powder on your face to set the foundation.
